Have something to say?
Gift confirmation e-mails should say who the recipient was
Currently gift confirmation emails show a template that is worded as if the gift giver purchased the product for themself. Now, most of us double or even triple check gifts before hitting send or pay, but some of us want that extra peace of mind in seeing a confirmation that their gift went to who it was meant for.
Let Customers Build Their Own Bundles
I’d love an option for customers to build their own bundles from the versions offered on a single product page. Through the product page editor, creators could choose eligible options and set bundle prices or discount rules. Customers would see the total update as they select options, including options with different individual prices. For example, I sell the same outfit for five different avatars at $14 per version. I’d like to offer “pick any two for $20,” letting the customer choose their two avatars and receive only those files. Right now, I have to create a separate bundle option for every combination. With five versions, that’s already 10 different two-version bundles, before adding larger bundles. Letting creators set prices for “pick any two,” “pick any three,” etc. would make this much simpler and keep the product page from getting cluttered with every possible combination.
Uncapped text limit in "Order Notes"
Sometimes when you buy an asset or avatar sometimes the creator will allow you to send a message. This text field is seemingly uncapped as (with a creator friend shout-out Rue) i was able to insert the whole Bee Movie Script. The receiving end looks like: If someone has to scroll this much on PC. I weep for whatever the limit actually is.
Footer link to Developers is broken
Redirects to https://api.creators.jinxxy.com/docs which returns “404 Not Found”
Comment section under listings
Comment section to ask asset creators detials about the asset. I frequently wonder about performence or simillar things that may not be listed on the store page.
Require product performance specifications
So buyers are more informed on their purchase, sellers should be required to input their product’s performance specifications for all assets, props, clothing, (maybe worlds?), and avatars which will be clearly listed on the product’s page. Here’s a very rough example - it could be another tab next to the product description, called “Product Performance”:
Remove ai from the main page.
Add a setting to just hide all ai stuff from all pages including the main page so you dont need to set the filter every single time. Just the filter is not good enough
Add Product column to Reviews List
When managing reviews across all products there is currently no way, at a glance, to know which product each review is for while on that page. You have to click the “Respond” option in the dropdown and see what product it is in the popup. Adding a Product column there would be nice, would be nice if we could then use that to filter reviews by product as well.
Add Creation Date to products page and/or selection window for Events that have it as a requirement
The current Masquerade event requires that any product submitted be created after a certain date. Currently there is no way to know when you created/published a product other than keeping track of it yourself. Adding a section to the Products page would help, as well as having a ‘date created’ field in the selection window for the event or somehow otherwise filtering for eligible products
Product Filtering of the Analytics dashboard does not work.
As the title suggests, adding any products to the Filter by Product section at the top of the page does not do anything.
Sort files by upload date or name
Right now, files that I upload are not sorted by upload date and not sorted by the filename either. Just how on earth are they sorted? It seems to be by filesize. This makes no sense for me or my customers. I want my customers to quickly be able to see the newest version at the bottom of the list, while still being able to download a previous version if they need to. At the very least, I should be able to re-order the list myself to how I want my customers to see it.
Allow "Sales" on a bulk amount of products at once
Currently it looks like Sales only allow you to mark a single product or your whole store. This isn’t ideal for storefronts that have multiple “lines“ of avatars and clothing, and want to promote just one of them. In this case it seems you either have to create a separate sale for every single item (which quickly becomes unmanageable), or you have to just discount your entire store just to discount one set. This is made worse when you’re trying to do a deeper discount on an older item and don’t want to discount newer items at all. Currently opting to just use discount codes instead, but that’s obviously much less accessible. I think a very reasonable solution would be a way to just mark multiple products at once for a sale, or even just exclude products from the whole store sale option. Allowing specific adjustments to individual products might be useful as well. For example having a sale that is 50% off at base, but setting one product to be 45% instead, etc. I imagine the UI for this being fairly similar to how affiliate discounts are configured. Thanks!
Bug Orderlist
I have bought the Winterpaw's VRChat and VTuber Masc Canine and the Clothing Pack. in my Inventory are two clothing Packs.
More Analytics on Promotions (Click Rate)
I recently sought out to buy a promotion, and could see the amount of views I was getting, but that was literally it. It’s extremely common practice to at least show click through rate as well on promotions like this. I have no idea if my promotion is working or not. They cost a lot a lot to buy, and this information is essential for basic marketing strategy and market research. Requests: Add Click-rate as a stat on promotions Add Like-rate as a statistic on promotions Add Purchase-rate as a statistic on promotions With these, I can see if views are actually converting to interest. I can see if people are taking a look then walking away, I can see if they’re looking and liking it to maybe buy later, or I can see if they fully went through on a sale because of the promotion. I wished I had these before I started my promotion this week, as it’s not well documented beforehand what analytics you will get as well. :(
Remove sale restrictions.
The use of the sale feature being restricted for 14 days only and then having to wait a cool down makes it harder for members of the community trying to make it through a rough patch. You cant plan on situations like this. Im stuck using codes yo discount the sale and cant announce it due to the text feature for blogs still being missing on my end.
Add Upgrades to Product Versions
The versions function is good, but there should be an option to allow product upgrades like on Gumroad. Sellers can already add versions that can have different or more items than another. There should be a way for sellers to set up a base product and versions that come with more items at a higher cost. Then customers should be able to buy the more expensive options at their own will like upgrades that will take their current version into account so they only pay the difference.
Improve product requirements
A few improvements would be nice for product requirements: Allow specifying exactly what version a product requires Make requirements actually required or optional, calling them “required dependencies” and “optional dependencies” as opposed to “required products” Make different requirements for different product versions (Eg. one store page can have a set of clothing for multiple bases or skins, and you want to require that base’s ownership before that specific version is purchasable) Allow showing what products require your product on that store page, which especially for bases, can be a way to show what products are available for that specific base without having to use search and depend on the search only finding products with that base in its tags or name (eg, clothing sets, for example, can support 10 different bases) and filters for required and optional products that depend on that product Allow making “Optional dependencies” from 3rd party sites, to essentially create links for what you need (shaders, bases off of gumroad/itch, ect) and being able to click that dependency to see what other products also depend on it (helpful for 3rd party bases, like the Novabeast, which is only on Gumroad) and allow the community to associate variants of that link to that one product/provide info on that product. Eg. the Nardoragon now both has a Gumroad and a Booth page, and 2 different products can link one or the other, but Jinxxy needs to see it as an associated product. Probably can make links associate to each-other by a voting system similar to tag voting. Also make a way to have 3rd party products depend on other 3rd party products. This would make Jinxxy the go-to place to use even as a database for off-site products that are community voted!
API sort_order has no effect
Sort order (asc, desc) used to work just fine but seems to be broken since a couple of days. Sorting created_at for example always returns results in desc order.
Clarify date format
When looking at a product’s asset list for when a file was last updated, the date is in US format but does not specify, making it hard to tell dates like 01/07/2026 (MM/DD/YYYY) apart from 01/07/2026 (DD/MM/YYYY) without finding out it is US format on your own. Having a tooltip that says what format it is would be handy. Or use ISO format (YYYY/MM/DD). ;)
Allow granting products using the API
Add a new API method that lets creators grant someone by username a specific product with a specific version. The button in the dashboard should also be in parity with this API and get a version selection dropdown, as requested here https://feedback.jinxxy.com/p/grant-to-user-feature-is-missing-version-option-and-some This will be useful for giveaways. The winner could just enter their Jinxxy username using a Discord bot or a website and be automatically granted the product, without needing the creator to generate a discount code.
