Add ability to write new social wall posts to profile pages

The site layout doesn’t make it obvious that the section to write a new wall post is on the landing page, at the bottom, after explicitly clicking the “Public” tab.

To make things more intuitive, I suggest adding the option to create new posts on your own profile. This is where I was looking for the features originally, and had to ask a few people to actually learn where I’m supposed to be looking.

It also appears no help center articles address how to create posts - if they do, I haven’t located them yet.

I also suggest making the create post button more visible.
