Allow adding notes to a wishlist item

This would be useful so that we can note what versions we want, if you want to wait for a sale, if a certain site has a better price, or if you need to grab something before purchasing that product beforehand. This is useful to anybody else who wants to gift you things from your wishlist and needs to make sure they buy you all the requirements beforehand, or if you have an idea that someone else might really want to see you do with that product. Eg. "I need the novabeast before i can buy this edit"
