Allow creators to change a costumer's version of the product

I've had people come to me before and say "hey can you help me I bought the wrong version of your product" and what I'd do is just change their version of the product and was good to go, but I don't think this is a thing on Jinnxy? Which makes me rely on completely denying the request or refunding (which is even less ideal)
