Allow Setting a Custom Minimum Payout for Your Store

Most storefronts (Itch and VRChat Creator Economy specifically) put their minimum payout at like $100, which for me, means it takes several months to hit payout right now, but it also means the payout flat fee (usually also around $1.50) ends up being only 1.5% of the whole payout, while on my last payout on Jinxxy it was 5% of the payout ($30) and at Jinxxy’s minimum payout of $11.50 it's 13%...

It would be really helpful I could block payouts until a certain amount is reached, until a certain date, or I manually request a payout.

I do like the low minimum payout amount - it makes things very flexible, and it discourages people from leaving too much money in their Jinxxy accounts, but it’s absolutely burning through money for me, and really discourages me from directing people to Jinxxy over Itch.
