filter or image sensor for people with epilepsy

Please add a Filter or something for people with epilepsy that hides videos and gifs that have flashing lights.

Everytime I got on to look avatar or anything else I end up hitting with flashing lights and it starting to be dangerous for my health and I know it would help a other that feel the same and has the same problem is me it would make thing more easy for me and other people if you could make a feature that you can keep turned on that hid videos and gifs that flash
