Guide/warning for creators that make suggestive work to double-check thumbnails and such

Nearly every time I open the website, there is an explicit thumbnail on the homepage. I have explicit content blacklisted(though I think that doesn’t mean that thumbnails can be explicit even when they are tagged) and continue to see them. With how often this happens I think there should be a warning for those people, or someone should be hired to specifically look at thumbnails, because this is absurd.
