Home Page Intrusive product listings

in the homepage there are a lot of products that (for the most part) are fine, however there were some NSFW things, (not tagged i might add) that appeared from me viewing a sellers page, i would like a way to hide products with a dropdown or something that way i dont have to keep seeing it every time i go to that home page
