Organizing Store Page and Re-Ordering Producs

As someone who is now moving from Gumroad to Jinxxy, I am adding all my old products into my store. one problem, the products I already have in the store are going to get pushed down, despite them technically being newer.

in addition to that, it could be nice to have "categories" of items like they do in Gumorad so I can perhaps make a section for all my seasonal items (ie Christmas Halloween etc) dresses, shoes, avatars based on how I see fit.
