Search system broken

If I search up "Tail/s" or "Hair" or even "Ear/s" it's like it also shows me other products not related to what I searched. I was looking for some new Hairstyles and first thing I see is two assets RELATED TO DIAPERS!!! And another asset not even related to hair but to jewelery! PLEASE FIX YOUR SEARCH SYSTEM!!! IT'S BEEN LIKE THIS FOR 2 MONTHS!!!!
