Sort by base or filter out bases & Filter out avatar with no scratch assets on them

More and more of the furry being sold are "VR Furry base" (Zinpia) eboys/egirls and have no little to no creativity, and wish there was a way to remove those options from the search to see unique avatars that aren't from a base.

Same for the thousand of other starlight headed anime avatar with 0 changes on the face, etc.

Also most avatar have little to no creativity & no scratch assets on them (excluding lazy retextures sometimes) so it would be nice for them to need to be tagged as no scratch and be able to filter them out.
