Toggle to disable animated gif thumbnails

Animated gif thumbnails have plagued storefronts like Gumroad (and Jinxxy) for ages now. I find it incredibly distracting and kind of gross when the whole browsing experience is covered with flashy, distracting, and often highly sexualized animated thumbnails. But I also realize that I may be in the minority here, so I'm not calling for a ban on animated thumbnails, just a toggle somewhere in the settings to hide, or ideally, freeze them.
