Ability to blacklist/ban users from our stores entirely

Recently, I went through a situation in which a user who has purchased from my Jinxxy store threatened to redistribute my files as a revenge against being banned from my community server. I was able to remove the files from his inventory, so he will not recieve any updates, but having the ability to ban this user from purchasing anymore of my products would be incredibly helpful.
