Deleting a license activation via the API does not remove the activation from the Retrieve or List activation endpoints

Bug Reports

Reproduction:

  1. create a license activation

  2. delete the license activation

  3. list license activations (it still appears in the list)

  4. retrieve license activation (it still returns information)

  5. delete the license activation again. It fails with a HTTP 500.

      I've revisited this, and while the license activations are now correctly absent from the list license activations API response, if they are queried directly with the activation_id, the API still returns a normal 200 reponse body as if the activation still existed.
