Make filters require an apply button to submit

When I'm playing with filters to find stuff, it's annoying to click one then have to wait for the page to load and scroll down if I want to change multiple filters. Would be nice to check everything I want, then hit "apply" to save a bit of time. And, hey, less traffic from constant page reloads. Win WIn
