Multiple sales email 'spam'

When customers order multiple items in one purchase, we get a redundant amount of emails, with each individual email listing the full order again and again. Answers to questions are also listed for the amount of products they bought despite just having to input them once. (See images; images are all from one customer performing a single mass purchase)

Could categorize it as a 'New bundle sold' or similar.
