Not receiving pay out when it's time.

I am having trouble receiving one of my payouts, and I don't know what the problem is. I tried some things to fix it, but it doesn't work and I really want my pay out. I don't know if something has changed where or if I am not seeing something, or if I need to have a certain amount of money before I'm allowed to get my payout, I don't know It's just not paying out.
