Notification Setting Toggles not working

Hello! I’ve noticed that when I go to Notification Settings, I’m unable to toggle anything off. I click the toggle, there’s a brief loading graphic, but the toggle remains on. I tried reloading, opening the page again, et cetera, but nothing seems to work.
I’m getting a lot of notification emails with everything toggled on, so I thought I’d make a bug report. Apologies if this is a repeat post.
