Product URL's Re-Direct to Other Creators

When I try to give some products a custom URL, it says "That URL is already in use, please try another one" even though I have no other products with that URL.

My store is jinxxy.com/Tonicc, but other users Jinxxy sellers have my URLs linking to their site.

For example: jinxxy.com/Tonicc/flashlight leads to a creator called "Shina Crafts"

And: jinxxy.com/Tonicc/brick leads to a creator called "Rossie".

This should be fixed as it can be very misleading for customers who are unknowingly re-directed to another creator's store page.
