Published products not showing up in shop or search.

All of the published products on my Jinxxy store are gone and cannot be found in search. There are only two products visible. My other products still have their pages accessible through a direct url but they aren't on the store or in search. Publishing the products again works but I have around 50 products that I now have to publish again manually.
