Store onboarding error

whenever i go to the creator dashboard im given the prompt to finish onboarding, even though i had already did so a year or two ago and completed stripe onboarding for the recent payment processor update, trying to actually go through the onboarding again gives an error that i failed to accept the terms even when it is checked that i did so

when starting the onboard process im also given an error, that there was an issue processing the request, i screenshotted both errors on the onboarding screen
