Cant remove all Product Versions

I had made the decision to remove my "commercial License". While trying to remove both my personal and commercial licenses, it let me only remove one, and would not let me save in the case that I am trying to remove both.

in the case that I try to remove both it refuses to save. (I am able to have no Product Versions when I make a brand new product.)
