Products from Gumroad do not appear in creator dashboard
After connecting a Gumroad store, there are no products visible on Jinxxy's creator dashboard and my profile, but the product appears in Jinxxy's search results. Also sometimes switching to the Gumroad tab in the dashboard throws an unauthorized error. The problem still persists after updating adding product multiple times, updating the store and waiting a couple of days. Also updates seem to work since a price change was reflected on Jinxxy's side after updating it on Gumroad.

Bartkk: Gumroad looks to have changed something that affects our processing.
The issue is now tracked internally and I'll update this page when we resolve it.
I'm a BOOTH seller, and my latest item hasn't appeared on the shop after 2 months of waiting and manually trying to update it. Then I realized that the names of my products also haven't been updating, as I include the version name on product pages so returning viewers can see they can update their file.
The "updated" marker shows the items have been updated recently, but they don't actually change.
I contacted support and was told to report it as a bug here.

I have been experiencing this issue as well, since April
No matter how long I wait, how many times I request no matter what I do my products won't be posted on jinxxy. My scratch vrchat assets I work hard on don't get put on Jinxxy after recent updates. I either have to wait days for them to show or they don't show at all ;-; idk if this is a bug because I do have SOME stuff that'll post instantly but idk what's happening.
I use Gumroad AND payhip and do the update store thing

Shop products not updating
