Videos get cropped to 16:9

Posting a banner video forces it to be cropped to 16:9 (and to the monitor's aspect ratio when fullscreened). This means that posting 4:3 videos, portrait videos, or anything in between gets cropped.

This isn't the same behavior for images, as they get fully shown even if they're not 16:9.
